I am a firm believer in preparing for your family’s future, and when doing so there is no other legal document needed more than a Last Will & Testament.
I get asked by family and friends if they should just use an online form and be done with it. I always answer that just like everything else in life a will is never one size fits all. Wills are a very personal documents and thinking you will be happy with a generic online form would be like thinking you’d be happy living in a house that someone else picked out for you without any direction from you. You and your loved ones just won’t be happy with it.
Since a will is a personal document I like to make it a personal process. I am willing to meet you at your home, favorite restaurant, park, coffee shop, etc. I also regularly schedule meetings after normal business hours and on weekend.
